A system that is serviced on time runs cheaper, breaks down less and lasts longer. Our members get their visits scheduled for them, a discount on any repair, and a technician who already knows their equipment.

What to know before you join

  • Plans cover the maintenance listed above. Parts and repair work are quoted separately, with your member discount already applied.
  • Your visits are scheduled by our team at a time that suits you. Priority scheduling means members go to the front of the queue, not that a technician is guaranteed on a given day.
  • Billing is monthly or yearly, and the yearly price is lower. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Plans cover residential systems in Lee, Collier, Sarasota and Charlotte counties. For a commercial property, call us and we will put together a service agreement that fits.

Not sure which plan fits your system?

Tell our assistant how old your system is and whether it has broken down, and it will point you to the right plan. No obligation.

      More information

      Why maintenance matters here

Maintenance planned ahead keeps a system performing, catches wear while it is still cheap to deal with, and protects your manufacturer warranty. Most manufacturers state in their warranty documents that installation and maintenance by a licensed HVAC professional, at least once a year, are conditions for the warranty to remain valid. Members get lower energy use, a longer-lasting system, and the assurance that it is working as it should.

      Upgrade at any time

You can move to a higher plan whenever you like, for a bigger repair discount, priority scheduling, the dispatch fee waived and the extra services.

If you cancel before twelve months

If you cancel the membership before completing twelve months from the approval date, the discounts and promotions already applied to services or repairs are charged back at the regular non-member price.
