Advanced filtration
Filtration matched to your system and your household, so it catches what you want caught without choking the airflow the equipment needs.
Cleaner air and a house that stops feeling clammy. Filtration, UV purification and humidity control, chosen after a technician measures what is actually happening in your home instead of guessing.

UV equipment for the coil and the air handler, where the damp and the dark do their work in a Florida summer.
The clammy house is usually a humidity problem, not a temperature one. Where the cause is not fixable by servicing, dedicated humidity equipment is an option we will price for you.
A technician takes readings and tells you which cause applies to your house. Buying equipment for the wrong cause is the expensive way to stay uncomfortable.
And if yours is not here, the assistant answers right away or we put you through to the team.
Contact usAn air conditioner removes moisture as a side effect of cooling, and that only works while it runs long enough for the coil to stay cold and wet. An oversized unit hits the set temperature fast and shuts off, so the air gets cold and stays damp. Other common causes are a blocked condensate drain, duct leaks pulling humid attic air into the system, and the fan set to ON instead of AUTO, which re-evaporates moisture off the coil and pushes it back into the house.
AUTO, in almost every house in this climate. On ON the fan keeps running after the cooling stops, blowing air over a wet coil and putting the moisture the system just removed straight back into the room.
Usually the opposite. A bigger unit reaches the set temperature faster and runs in shorter cycles, and short cycles are exactly what stops a coil from pulling moisture out of the air. This is why the load calculation matters more than picking the largest unit available.
It targets what grows on a damp, dark coil and inside the air handler, which is a real problem in a climate where the system runs wet most of the year. It is not a replacement for filtration or for a clean drain: it is one part of a setup, and a technician will tell you whether your house needs it.
We can improve filtration and fix the airflow and duct problems that circulate dust around a house. We are air conditioning contractors, not doctors: we will not tell you what it will do for anyone’s health, only what it does to the air moving through your system.
Between 45 and 55 per cent is where most homes here are comfortable, and the EPA points at 30 to 50 per cent for keeping mould out. Above 60 per cent the house feels sticky no matter how low the thermostat goes, and that is the point at which cooling harder stops helping and starts costing.
Sometimes. An air conditioner removes heat first and moisture second, and on the worst days here that is not enough on its own, particularly in a well-sealed house or one that sits empty part of the year. Before recommending equipment we check the things that produce the same symptom for free: the condensate drain, the duct leaks, the fan setting and the sizing.
That smell usually comes from the system itself: a wet coil, a blocked drain or standing water in the air handler, which in this climate is where things grow. It can also be duct leaks pulling attic air into the system. It is worth looking at early, because the cause rarely gets better on its own once the humid months start.
Only once the moisture is under control. Mould here is a water problem before it is an air problem, so filtration and purification are the last step, not the first. If the humidity, the drain and the duct leaks are not sorted, equipment cleans air that is still being fed moisture.
