Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

We collect only what we need to quote your job, schedule a technician, perform the work, and follow up afterwards. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information We Collect

Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and service address. Details about your request: the service you need, what your system is doing, and any notes you add.

Technical information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and general location derived from the IP address.

Property and Equipment Information

To do the work correctly we record information about the property and the equipment: system make, model and serial number, age and configuration, load and airflow measurements, diagnostic readings, permit and inspection records, and photographs of the work area and the equipment.

Photographs are taken for documentation, warranty, and permitting purposes. We use them to support the job record and we do not publish images of your property without your permission.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare quotes, schedule and dispatch technicians, perform and document the work, process permits and inspections, register equipment warranties, invoice, provide support, and respond to your questions.

To send service reminders and updates about your job, and, if you have agreed to it, occasional maintenance reminders and offers. You can opt out of those at any time.

How We Share Information

With technicians and subcontractors assigned to your job, strictly to perform the work. With equipment manufacturers and distributors to register warranties and order parts. With permitting authorities and inspectors when a permit requires it. With service providers that run our scheduling, invoicing, hosting, and communication tools, under confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our team, or the safety of others.

Financing Applications

If you choose to apply for financing, the application is submitted to an independent lending partner. That provider collects and processes your financial information directly under its own privacy policy, and its credit decision is its own. We do not store your full credit application data.

Your Privacy Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep for permits, warranty, tax, and liability purposes.

To make a request, write to office@logiinfinity.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.

Communications and Text Messages

We contact you by phone, email, or text message about quotes, appointments, technician arrival, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. Transactional messages about a job in progress are not marketing and may still be sent.

Cookies and Website Analytics

We use essential cookies for the site to work and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Our scheduling tool, online estimate tool, chat assistant, financing partners, and payment processors are operated by independent providers with their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep job records, permits, and warranty documentation for as long as needed to support the equipment we installed and to meet legal, tax, and liability requirements. Information we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.

Children's Online Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
