Which areas do you cover?

Cape Coral and the surrounding Southwest Florida area: Lee, Collier, Sarasota and Charlotte counties, which takes in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Marco Island, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Venice and North Port. If you are not sure your address is inside the service area, call and ask before anything else.

Do you charge for the assessment?

It depends which visit it is. An estimate to replace a complete system is free and carries no obligation. A service call, meaning a technician coming out to find what is wrong with a system you already have, is $148 during business hours until 5:00 PM, $198 after 5:00 PM and $248 on public holidays, and covers one hour of diagnosis. Either way the price of the work goes in writing before anything begins.

Do you work on systems another company installed?

Yes. We repair and service all makes and models regardless of who put them in, and that includes taking over the maintenance of a system somebody else has been looking after.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. The team works in English and Spanish, on the phone, at the property and through the assistant on this website.

How quickly can someone come out?

It depends on the day and on what is happening. Call +1 (239) 851-5644 and describe it: no cooling with an infant, an elderly person or someone with a medical condition in the house moves up the list, and so does water coming out of the system. We will not promise you a time on the phone that we are not sure we can keep.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through independent lending partners, for the larger jobs where it matters. We present the option and hand over the application; the lender decides and sets the rate and the term. We cannot promise an approval and we do not quote monthly figures.

How do I get my home system ready for hurricane season?

Check that the outdoor unit is properly anchored, that there is surge protection and that the condensate drain is clear. When a storm is on the way, switch the system off at the thermostat and then at the breaker. Afterwards, look for standing water, debris or damage before switching it back on, and call rather than guess if anything looks wrong.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Florida mechanical contractor licence CMC1251760, and insured. In Florida that licence number has to appear in a contractor's advertising, so you can check it before anyone comes to your door, with us or with anybody else.

What do you cover for homeowners?

Repairs on any make or model, installation and replacement, planned maintenance, ductwork, indoor air quality and smart thermostats, plus the membership plans for the households that would rather have the visits scheduled than remember to book them.
